The Brief
An emerging group with multiple hotel brands wanted audiences to recognize both its overall identity and what made each individual brand distinct. The project spanned multiple cities and hotels with different positioning, requiring group-level messaging and each brand’s distinct audience to be balanced within the same communications window.

Our Approach
IDE planned simultaneous creator partnerships across multiple cities and hotel brands. Each hotel ran an experience suited to its own character — culinary, wellness dining, a salon-style gathering, an art-focused experience — with the right type of creator taking part in and sharing each one. Creators were matched to each hotel brand’s positioning — luxury, design-led, art-focused, or youthful energy — so that no two hotels ended up with the same kind of content.
03
What IDE Handled
Overall Planning — Organizing the multi-city, multi-brand communications plan and coordinating each hotel’s project needs.
Creator Matching & On-Site Execution — Sourcing creators by brand character and coordinating each hotel’s experience and related on-site work.
Publishing & Post-Production — Coordinating simultaneous publishing across creators’ platforms after each experience, and managing the related content and project assets.
04
Deliverables
Cross-city communications planning, coordination of each brand’s experience, creator partnership and on-site execution, publishing coordination, and promotional asset production.
