Matching creators to each restaurant’s character, so a series of experiences reads as one connected story.

The Brief
A cross-city series of dining experiences spanning several high-end restaurants across different cuisines and styles. The client wanted each restaurant’s distinct experience represented, with the series’ communications and execution coordinated as a whole. Each restaurant’s cuisine, space, and chef brought something different, so creator partnerships couldn’t follow one single template.

Our Approach
IDE matched different types of creators to each restaurant’s cuisine, style, and chef — for example, pairing an experienced food critic with a traditional cuisine, a food creator known for new dining experiences with a more inventive kitchen, and local creators for each event’s city. Communications ran through every stage of each event: pre-event buildup, real-time on-site sharing, and post-visit posts — with the follow-up content from one event feeding into the buildup for the next.

What IDE Handled
Matching & Pre-Event Buildup — Sourcing and inviting creators suited to each restaurant, and coordinating invited creators and KOCs to publish pre-event content.
On-Site Experience & Real-Time Sharing — Organizing creators’ on-site visits and handling the related on-site logistics; creators shared the experience in real time on social media.
Follow-Up & Continuity — Coordinating post-visit content and the next event’s buildup, and compiling execution results into a project summary.
